Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and Informed Consent

This document regulates the access, use, data processing, and informed consent regarding the services provided through the WAIO - Wellbeing All In One Platform and its associated applications, developed and operated by MedicineTool LLC (USA) and WAIO SAS (Argentina).

1. Personal Data Protection and International Compliance

WAIO strictly protects the privacy and security of its users. Data processing complies with: Law 25.326 (Argentina), HIPAA (USA), GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, and NIST SP 800-53. Principles: Data minimization, anonymization, AES-256 encryption, rights of access/rectification/erasure, no transfer without consent.

2. Medical Liability Disclaimer and Ethical Declaration

WAIO is an educational and integral wellness platform based on scientific evidence, but it does not constitute a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service under any circumstances. WAIO does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace duly authorized health professionals. Any content is of a general nature and should not be considered a clinical indication. In all cases of physical or emotional symptoms, the user must consult a doctor or authorized professional. WAIO expressly disclaims all liability for personal decisions or medical consequences arising from the use of the Platform without professional guidance.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Technological Regulations

WAIO employs generative artificial intelligence (GEN-AI) models to personalize wellness content, without automating medical decisions or acting without human supervision. The AI informs the user when a response is AI-generated and does not analyze, predict, or act on specific health conditions. It is aligned with UNESCO, OECD AI Principles, the White House AI Bill of Rights, and the European AI Act.

4. Commercial Terms, Licenses, and Use with Third Parties

Access to WAIO may be provided directly or indirectly through agreements with companies, health coverages, pharmacies, employers, distributors, or sponsoring brands. Use of the Platform does not imply a purchase obligation. Any benefit provided by third parties is governed by external agreements, unrelated to WAIO. The content, software, interfaces, and trademarks of WAIO are protected by intellectual property legislation (Argentina, USA, and WIPO, Berne, TRIPS international treaties). Reproduction, reverse engineering, sublicensing, scraping, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is prohibited.

5. Jurisdiction, Conflicts, and Legal Authority

This agreement is governed by the laws of the country of operation corresponding to the service provider: In the USA: Legislation of the State of Delaware (exclusive jurisdiction of MedicineTool LLC). In Argentina: National legislation (jurisdiction of CABA, applicable to WAIO SAS). In Europe or LATAM: Local regulations and the Hague Convention on contractual jurisdiction. In case of legal conflict, the parties agree to submit to the mentioned jurisdiction, waiving any other forum.

6. Global Informed Consent

By accepting this document, the user declares and warrants that: They have read, understood, and accepted all the above points in their language. They grant free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for the use of their personal data. They understand that the platform does not replace health services or perform any diagnosis. They accept that their digital acceptance will be recorded with: IP address, approximate location, email, and date and time of acceptance. This consent is internationally valid.

Tacit and Express Acceptance of Consent

By using the platform, SuperApp WAIO, or any of its applications or technologies, the user grants their tacit and express consent to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies established in this document. The simple access, navigation, registration, or use of any functionality constitutes a legal and binding acceptance of: Legal Terms, Privacy Policies, Informed Consent, and Medical Liability Disclaimers. This acceptance has full legal validity under the laws of Argentina, the United States, and international regulations.
